My passion for construction and design started at a very early age. Ever since I knew how to draw, I would sketch buildings and landscapes. Working on projects inside and outside has always been my main focus and something I naturally gravitated towards. At the age of 11, our family entered the restaurant business where I began working immediately doing property maintenance and dishwashing in the kitchen. Growing up in that environment, I developed a work ethic, eye for detail and business sense that I don't think I could've gotten anywhere else. Over those early years I stayed directly involved in various construction projects, always paying attention. While I was too young to take on any major projects, I was able to do small jobs as well as research and learn all aspects of construction on my own. By the age of 18 I had completed my first bathroom renovation. The following year I physically moved into a distressed house where I completed a whole home renovation including a kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and landscaping. Along with the renovation work I carefully managed the $60,000 budget leading the property to be flipped for profit. Coinciding with that renovation, my responsibilities at the restaurant included regular cooking shifts, ordering all of the food and processing the food deliveries. While ordering over $400,000 of food yearly I was able to bring the food cost down 7% and work on the renovation in my "off" hours.

 

            With the restaurant business behind me, I've completed many different kinds of projects for homeowners and businesses. While my before and after pictures are a good display of my work I also pride myself in being trustworthy when completing a job. All of many clients appreciate having someone they can trust in their home and who has a track record of staying on budget. When I am not out on a job I can be found fixing my Jeep or golfing and I am always researching the latest building techniques and designs.
